In a container, add water and boil it. Once the water is hot add Maggi noodles. <br />2. Cook the Maggi until all the water in the pan gets evaporated. <br />3. Keep the cooked Maggi aside and start prepping for the white sauce.<br />4. Once the sauce is ready, add noodles to it and mix it well.<br />5. Once the mixture cools down, make cutlets of it. <br />6. In a pan, add oil and shallow fry the cutlets.<br /><br />Method for white sauce:<br />1. In a pan add butter, maida and mix them well.<br />2. Add milk and mix it to make a thick batter.<br />3. Add purple cabbage, french beans, carrot and mix them well.<br />4. Add pepper powder, red chili flakes, cashew powder, breadcrumbs and salt to taste. Mix them well.
